Last month the UK welcomed a new Labour Government, Secretary of State for Justice and Ministers for Justice. It’s unclear what they’ll be focusing on to reform the Coroner Service just yet, but I hope the efforts from the follow-up inquiry are not wasted.
In July, new features were added to the Preventable Deaths Tracker website. On the home page, you’ll find two new “counters” that in real-time display the most important numbers we need to track. These numbers will update every Sunday.
