The Preventable Deaths Tracker brings real-time data to the Coroner Service.

In August, several new features and pages were added to the Preventable Deaths Tracker website. On the home page, there are now three new “counters” that display the most important data to track, updating every Sunday.

Four new “counters” that update daily were added to the ‘Who responds to the coroner’ page, providing the first and only source of real-time national statistics on responses to coroners’ reports.
